All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Handling time for all orders 2 – 5 business days and an additional 1 to 2 days to be shipped out. 

After handling, Item(s) should be received inside the USA within:

  • FREE Tracked Shipping (5-15 Business days)
  • Priority Mail (2-23 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-19 business days)

After handling, Item(s) should be received outside the USA within:

  • FREE Standard Shipping (12 to 38 Business days)
  • INSURED Tracked Shipping (5-25 business days)
  • Priority Mail (3-24 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-19 business days)

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. URBN_CHIC LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 38 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@urbnchc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Be advised that most countries including the USA are experiencing extreme capacity issues creating port and terminal congestion. This situation impacts the entire shipping industry, and is not limited to URBN_CHIC LLC and is therefore outside URBN_CHIC LLC’s reasonable control. This may result in shifting delivery deadlines.
