The bag itself is not designed for this level of protection - only the insert offers such resilience and protection. We proudly stand by the quality of our ballistic inserts. We provide a 5-year warranty for your purchase, with maximum protection against the threat levels stated above. To ensure these materials remain in pristine condition, we advise customers not to wash or dry clean their inserts. Instead, use only a damp cloth if your insert needs cleaning. If any signs surface that may indicate material damage beyond the safe usage life span, please contact us immediately, and our team will be ready to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
